  • Certificate of registration or affiliation
  • Operating account with the bank (MCBL)
  • Constitution or By-laws Certified
  • Certified copy of Board of Directors’ resolution to borrow
  • Tax Identification Number
  • 1 passport photos for each signatory
  • Audited financial statements for the last two years and management accounts
  • Financial card for the Societies/Clubs/Assoc/NGO and the Directors
